“I worked with Sonia at Skipton Building Society whilst I was the Group Chief of Staff responsible for Corporate Plan and Strategy for the Skipton Group.
Sonia led key input on people elements of Corporate Plan, liaising across people leadership team, and shoulder to shoulder with strategy planning team. Ensuring we had the people plan to support the delivery of our Corporate Plan.
She then led the creation of our Executive People Committee to oversee the execution of our People Strategy and plans, regularly conducting feedback sessions or diagnostics to assess how culture and behaviours were evolving making sure our plans adapted where needed.
